Brief introduction of yor company：Ningbo Rixing Foundry is hole subsidiary of Ningbo Riyue , has register capital 350 million and 457328 m² . NBRX is a professional company specializing in casting ,machining , R&D, process innovation , products sales and customer services which applicated in wind turbine, marine casting , Injection molding , Mining casting , Machining center casting etc. NBRX have 13 sets sand mixer (max capacity 60T) and 10 sets resin reclaimed sand (max 30T/H) for molding , have 6 sets electric furnace (max 15T) and 3 sets cupola furnace (max 15T) for metaling , have 7 sets shot blasting machining (max 70T) for cleaning. The R&D center has chemistry analysis lab, casting sand lab, mechanical performance lab, NDT lab, CAD/CAE lab, metallographic analysis lab, physical simulation lab and spectroscopic analysis lab such that we will always be able to maintain the casting research and developing abilities. In order to optimal our manufacturing process, we purchased one of the most advanced industrial softwares – MAGMA to achieve the precise simulation prior the actual sampling process.
